METHOD OF SELF RELAXATION
This is one of basic relaxation methods I've been teaching
for 30 years. The simple self relaxation is worth trying.
Maybe you will be able to reduce stress or anxiety or sleep
better. Perhaps this is one of the doors you need to open to
connect yourself with your inner wisdom, or just simply feel
more energetic, calm and happy with your life.
