Pawel Althamer: I (am) exhibition HAM - Helsingin kaupungin museo 29.3.-8.9.19

HAM presents the first-ever solo exhibition in the Nordic region of Polish artist Paweł Althamer (b. 1967) in spring
2019. The audience will come face to face with the artist in startling self-portraits, collectively created sculptures and
video documentation. One half of the exhibition consists of a white space of silence where Althamer invites the
audience to take a journey into their own inner self. 

I have made the meditative introductions (Museon Vinkit) for the quests to feel inner silence in a white space of
silence. I'm also make couple of mindfulness and minimeditations (Hiljaisuuden sunnuntait) before
experiencing ​the Installation: Su 26.5. and Su 30.6.19. (15.00 - 16.00).
